Who we are

Dr. Christine Lippard earned her Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro in 2013. She has since focused her work informing policy decisions and representing the impact of local, state, and federal programs intended to improve the lives of families and children.

Dr. Lippard has extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative methods, including building surveys in the Qualtrics online survey platform, conducting focus groups and individual interviews, and analyzing data. Dr. Lippard recognizes that data is only effective when well communicated for target stakeholders and has disseminating findings through a wide variety of outlets ranging from state level conferences and practitioner audiences to federal accountability reporting.
